For effective Work Environment


For all type of organization, efficiency of employees depends upon environment in which employees work. Work environment consists of surrounding, colleagues, team lead. There are some factors which affect work efficiency. It is scientifically proved that, environment surrounded by green trees make it more cheerful and pleasant.  Plants filter the air and refreshes the atmosphere.

You must have observed, when doors and windows are closed, sleep becomes more intense. This is because of lack of oxygen. If ventilation is not provided properly, it causes dizziness and suffocation due to lack of oxygen. So, it is advised that all windows and doors should be accompanied with plants. This will clean the air by removing carbon-di-oxide. Scientific research at NASA has listed some special air filtering trees. These can be used in home as well as workplaces.
