Innovative companies are those that exercise controlled possible freedom in their work environment. Few companies are managed with rules, bureaucracies and wrongheaded policies. It blocks the different alternative to solution and stifles the creativity. While working in project, if we keep many unrequited assumptions, psychological constraints. It prevents from thinking about different options. I remember one quote now which says-“The best way to have a good idea is to have a lot of ideas.”
If you lose the boundaries, ignore limitations and ignore the constraints in thought process, innovation can evolve slowly.
